Twin cities are two cities in partnership.
- The partnership must be accepted by the other city.
- All the players of the two cities can connect to the twin city at no extra cost.
- Passenger transport between the two cities earns a 20% bonus.
- According to the game's texts, a partnership lasts at least 24 hours, and a city can choose one twin city per region.
The mayor chooses the twin cities.
