Appointed by the association's chair to share its administration; a deputy can demote a chair inactive for 7 days.

A deputy is appointed by the association's chair to share part of its administration.

A chair who wants to step down promotes a member with Promote on their profile; the former chair then becomes a deputy, and the new chair can demote them further or dismiss them.
After 7 days of chair inactivity, any deputy can demote the chair from their profile and becomes the new chair.
Pre-registration: the chair or a deputy can pre-register the whole association for the next round and pick its starting city.
